Rory Leisinger has concentrated his practice advocating on behalf of consumers who are harassed by abusive, deceptive, and unfair collection practices by debt collectors. Focusing primarily on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) as well as related consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), he has handled every aspect of litigation including arbitration, mediation, and motion practice.

Rory Leisinger received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2008 focusing on tax law. Mr. Leisinger graduated Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate and Law. In 2007, Mr. Leisinger served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, Santa Ana. Mr. Leisinger is licensed to practice in the State of California and is federally admitted to practice in the Northern District of California, Eastern District of California, Central District of California, District of Colorado, as well as the Northern District of Florida.
